    Interest Rate: The interest rate for the loan against property is 18%.
    Tenure: The maximum tenure for the loan is 15 years.
    Service Charge: A service charge of 3% will be applicable.
    Eligibility: The loan amount will be 50% of the market value of the land.

    • Once collected all the necessary documents from the customer, please hand them over for legal verification. After the verification and a site inspection, you can proceed to fix the loan amount and execute the agreement.
    • Please refer to the attached documents for the agreement. The mortgage deed and memorandum of deposit of title deeds should be on a 200 rupees stamp paper.
    • Additionally, required is the KYC documents and 3 cheque leaves from the borrower and guarantor.
