Upholding and facilitating an increase in sales of the company's products. Generating business from the leads and from references. Achieving the targets and goals set. Establishing, maintaining and expanding client base. Strategize and raise resources through the debenture instruments used by FPIs such as CCDs, Equity Shares & other debentures. To scan the market for potential new avenues, generate revenue from untapped markets; creating visibility through investors meet / conferences, communication of results updates etc. Building Relationships with Key Arrangers / Brokers / Intermediaries / Clients in their respective jurisdiction and areas.
Drive the branch to achieve revenue, loan disbursal, and cross-selling targets. Oversee day-to-day transaction processing, from loan origination to documentation and disbursal. Act as the Branch Manager in their absence. Handle complex customer queries, resolve escalations, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.Prepare and submit timely Branch Return Statements (BRS) and MIS reports.
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with the branch's customers. This role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing customer needs, and promoting the company's products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Provide information about financial products and services to customers. Assist customers with account management and transactions. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
