Mr. Jose George is an experienced & peer reviewed Company Secretary is having an experience of more than 15 years with a demonstrated history of working in the corporate law including NBFC Compliances, Foreign Exchange Management compliance and compliance management involving secretarial activities of small to large business undertakings. He has wide expertise and knowledge in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial Work, Secretarial Audit, FEMA, Tax, Internal Audit, etc. He is also an IICA certified independent director for public and listed companies under the Companies Act, 2013.
